At Buildora, we want you to be satisfied with our platform. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Free Trial
Buildora offers a free trial that allows you to test the platform before purchasing a paid plan. We strongly encourage users to use the free trial to evaluate whether Buildora meets their needs.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment only if you have not used the paid features extensively.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have generated multiple product pages using paid credits
- You have exported or published pages to Shopify
- You have heavily used AI generation features
- You are attempting to abuse the refund policy
Because Buildora is a digital AI service with usage-based costs, each generation consumes resources and cannot be refunded once used.
3. After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Annual Plans
If you choose an annual plan and request a refund within the first 14 days, you may receive a refund minus the value of the months used, calculated at the monthly plan rate.
5. Processing Fees
In some cases, payment processing fees (Stripe/Shopify fees) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
